- Print the template on cardstock (or regular paper glued to cardboard).
- Decorate it: draw patterns, write a name, color it, or add glitter, sequins and stickers.
- Cut out the ornament along the outline. Younger kids may need help with the narrow parts.
- Punch through the small hole in the cap.
- Hang it with ribbon, string or yarn.
For a sturdier, two-sided ornament, cut out two copies and glue them back to back with the string in between.
Christmas Wreath Templates to Color
Make a paper wreath for the door with the Christmas wreath template (a blank ring to decorate) or the leaf wreath template. Print on cardstock, color, cut out the middle and add a ribbon.
Use the Ornament Outlines as Stencils
Each outline also works as a stencil. Cut out the shape, then trace it onto felt, fabric, craft foam, wrapping paper or old Christmas cards. Felt ornaments can be stitched around the edge and stuffed with a little cotton.
